At NLP Logix, we help organizations turn ambitious AI ideas into real-world results. We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to help keep client work organized, communication clear, and commitments moving forward.

This full-time, Jacksonville-based role supports the Client Success team with client coordination, documentation, reporting, follow-up, and day-to-day administrative needs.

What You’ll Do

• Support client onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain HubSpot and other client-related systems.
• Update client status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Attend meetings and document key decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Track client tasks, deadlines, and outstanding items.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, or roadblocks.
• Assist with quality reviews and process improvements.
• Gain exposure to client management, proposals, account growth, and professional services delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in a corporate, client support, or administrative role.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools or concepts.
• Experience supporting clients in consulting, technology, or professional services.
