What You'll Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing daily cleaning schedules and assignments.
• Overseeing property inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Processing and managing cleaner payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Reviewing cleaning completion records and verifying payroll details.
• Coordinating maintenance requests and following up on completion.
• Communicating and scheduling work with outside vendors.
• Ensuring properties are prepared on time for guest arrivals.
• Tracking and managing tasks using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Supporting team communication and problem-solving throughout the day.
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings a blend of organizational expertise and a commitment to excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Patience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using spreadsheets, with a working knowledge of formulas preferred.
• Comfort coordinating multiple priorities at once.
• A sharp eye for detail to review payroll information accurately.
• Weekend availability (required).
• Spanish-speaking skills (a plus, but not required).
