Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients on telemetry units, focusing on cardiovascular monitoring and stability.
- Monitor continuous telemetry data, interpret rhythm strips, respond to alarms, and initiate interventions per orders.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies; perform ongoing assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and provide education to patients and families as appropriate.
- Maintain unit readiness, participate in rounds, complete required charting and shift handoffs, and escalate concerns to the charge nurse or physician as needed.
- May be asked to float to alternate campus locations in Laconia or Franklin, NH, based on unit needs and credentialing.

Requirements
- Active NH RN license or Compact license, required at time of submission; Nursys license verification for all active RN licenses
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS required prior to start
- Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred score of 80% or higher
- 2+ years of Telemetry nursing experience on resume; 1–2 years of Med-Surg experience considered, with acuity knowledge
- Ability to float to additional campus locations in Laconia or Franklin, NH, as needed
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
- RTO (time-off requests) must be included at submission
