What You’ll Do as a Yard Lead

As a Yard Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the dogs in our care. You’ll be responsible for managing group play, supervising team members, and maintaining a clean, structured, and fun environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Actively monitoring and managing group play to ensure all dogs are safe and engaged.
• Observing and addressing dog behavior to maintain a positive and structured atmosphere.
• Leading and supporting team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both indoor and outdoor play areas.
• Communicating with team members and management to ensure the highest standards of care.
