One-On-One Direct Care Specialist-Part Time

We are seeking three Part-Time One-On-One Direct Care Specialists to provide individualized support to one foster child (ages 3-18) with behavioral challenges in one of our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, and Phoenix. This role is designed to provide consistent, one-on-one care and support to help the child succeed in a structured, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one supervision and support throughout the shift.
• Building a positive, trusting relationship while using trauma-informed care and behavior management techniques.
• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Providing transportation to appointments, school, and community activities.
• Planning and participating in enrichment and recreational activities.
• Supporting emotional regulation and implementing behavior support strategies.
• Accurately documenting behaviors and significant events.
• Collaborating with the treatment team and house staff to ensure consistency in the child's care.

Schedule Options:
Monday - Friday anything between 3:00PM- 9:00PM

Saturday - Sunday anything between 8:00am-9:00pm

Pay:

$20 per hour

REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL BE VERIFIED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT MEET THE CRITERIA BELOW:

- Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children

- Must be 21 or older

- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record

- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one

- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
