Bagels n' Grinds-Potomac Shift Lead

We are looking for a full time cashier and shift lead. Potomac is our 3rd location and an actively growing store. We are looking for someone to help us continue to guide our team of individuals that are courteous, energetic, outgoing, and fun people to be around. We strive to make every guest experience a positive one and our staff is a huge part of that.This is an integral part of the company. You are our hands and feet and your interaction with our customers is the backbone of our restaurants. If your enthusiasm for people needs a place to release some of its greatness, this is the position for you.Responsibilities:Take customer orders over the phone and in personConsistently deliver excellent customer serviceAssist with those duties while still being fluent in Safe Food proceduresMaintain all safety procedures in the restaurantMaintain fast, fresh service to carry out/delivery personnelReceive payments and make change correctlyInsure packaging will keep all food fresh and hotMaintain side work and assist other staff members as needed
