What You'll Be Doing

As a Grill Cook at Lil Black Bear Cafe, you’ll play an essential role in creating the tasty dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and grilling menu items to perfection while maintaining high food quality standards.
- Ensuring that food is cooked and plated in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with kitchen prep and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing inventory and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who loves the art of cooking and can bring the following skills and qualifications to the table:
- At least 1 year of experience in a grill cook or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a passion for creating great food!
