With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, preparing materials for delivery to project sites, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable of handling materials, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites and project teams
  • Drive company trucks to transport materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse, vendors, and job sites
  • Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (training or certification preferred)
  • Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with material deliveries and warehouse logistics as needed
  • Enter and update inventory information in ERP or inventory management systems
  • Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory management system experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
  • Experience driving box trucks, flatbed trucks, or other commercial vehicles preferred

  • Must be comfortable making local deliveries to job sites and suppliers

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus but not required
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
