Weekend RN Supervisor

Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend RN Supervisor. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while providing clinical guidance and support to the nursing team during weekend operations.
What You'll Do:Supervise nursing staff and ensure continuity of resident care throughout the shift
Serve as the clinical leader and primary point of contact for staff, residents, families, and physicians
Monitor resident care, ensuring compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and nursing standards
Respond quickly and effectively to clinical situations and emergencies
Support staffing coordination, documentation review, and shift handoffs
Mentor and support nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment
Communicate effectively with department leaders and administration regarding resident and operational needs
Active Pennsylvania RN license (required)
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Prior RN supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
Infection control certification preferred
