About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, dedicating yourself to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
