Shipping Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading trucks, verifying that products arrive on time.
As production completes a pallet shipping is called to go pick it up and get it ready for pick up. shipping is also responsible for location of product, when a department needs a product/ingredients they contact shipping to have them bring them what they are needing. Keeping records of all products that we receive or ship out.
Shipping Skills:
forklift operator, lifting, ORT gun
lifting, pulling, and loading
good written and verbal skills
sorting packages and scanning.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent
shipping & receiving experience
