Assisted Living Development Coordinator- Home Health Care

Established in 1904, Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association is a home care community health organization serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey.

We are currently seeking an experienced Assisted Living Development Coordinator with strong relationship building and communication skills to help us expand our Assisted Living Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by building and nurturing relationships with the ALF's.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to educate potential clients and referral partners about our services.
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
• Attend networking events to promote our services and brand.
• Collaborate closely with our intake department and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and referral networks.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Nursing background a plus but not required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
