What You’ll Do

As a PCA or CNA at Marisata Care LLC, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients' well-being and daily needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Supporting clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Collaborating with the care team to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a PCA or CNA.
• A strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting clients’ needs.
