HHA or PCA in Hewlett

Right at Home South Shore Long Island is looking for a caregiver for a male client. Experience with dementia is required. The client in located in Hewlett, NY. The shifts are projected to be 12-hour shifts.

HHA, PCA duties may consist of (but not be limited to):

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)

• Transfer

• Meal preparation

HHA, PCA Qualifications:

• Active HHA certification from the state of NY

• 18+ years of age

• Two forms of identification

• Must be able to provide 2 references: 1 professional, 1 personal

• Completed medical form within 12 months must include: physical, titers, and PPD.
