Perm - Social Worker (LMSW) - Outpatient (Days)

Seeking a licensed Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services for adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating discharge planning.

'14; Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling

'14; Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LLP, LMSW, LPC, LLPC, or TLLP)

'14; Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental illness (internship/fieldwork accepted)

'14; Ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills

'14; Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire

'14; U.S. work authorization required (visa sponsorship not available)

'14; Flexible scheduling with some evenings/weekends as needed
