Position Summary
We’re looking for line cooks who show up with energy, accountability, and a willingness to learn. This is a teaching kitchen, skills can be trained, but attitude cannot. If you work hard, stay positive, and take pride in what you do, we’ll invest in you and help you grow. We’re not looking for perfect we’re looking for people who care, work hard, and want to get better every day.
You don’t need years of experience; need the right mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Work on the line during service in a fast-paced environment
- Prep ingredients and set up your station for success
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow recipes and systems (we’ll teach you)
- Support your teammates and communicate clearly during service

Qualifications (Flexible)
- Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
