What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of a residential home
• Supervise, coach, and support DSP staff
• Ensure compliance with DODD regulations and agency standards
• Manage schedules, call-offs, and shift coverage
• Oversee medication administration and documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and structured home environment
• Communicate with families, guardians, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Experience in developmental disabilities or healthcare preferred
• Ability to lead with both compassion and accountability

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass BCII Background Check
• CPR/First Aid Certification (required)
• Med Pass I (required)
• Supervisory or DSP experience (preferred)
