Dietary Manger/Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities:
Managing daily foodservice operations.
Interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
Interacting with residents to ensure their satisfaction.
Organizing staff working schedules.
Carrying out inventory management.
Designing standards and procedures for food preparation.
Developing resident-specific dietary programs and diverse eating options.
Ensuring safe storage and preparation of food.
You’ll be A Great Dietary Manager Because:
You are certified by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
You Completed a Dietary Manager Exam.
You have experience in foodservice management.
You are highly organized and responsible.
You have good written and verbal communication.
