Millwork Warehouse Worker

About the Role:

The Warehouse Worker supports daily operations in our millwork shop by providing excellent customer service, handling materials, pulling orders, and assisting with deliveries. This is a hands-on, safety-sensitive position requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs alone and up to 80 lbs with or without assistance
• Ability to work in warehouse, shop, and outdoor environments
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Regular and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse, millwork, lumber, or building materials experience
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers, drivers, and internal teams
• Load and unload trucks by hand and with forklifts or pallet jacks
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or customer pickup
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control processes
• Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or issues promptly
• Verify materials against work orders and packing slips
• Ride with drivers as needed to assist with jobsite deliveries and unloading
• Operate or work around forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools, and shop equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shop environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other warehouse and shop duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with or without assistance. Manual handling of materials and equipment. Exposure to wood products, dust, and typical warehouse and shop conditions.
