Day Shift Production Packer – Fischer Paper Products (Antioch, IL)

Position: Full-Time Production Packer

Location: Antioch, Illinois

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:15 AM – 4:35 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts
• Friday: Mandatory overtime as needed based on business demands
• No weekend work

What You'll Do

• Pack paper bags into boxes during production.
• Ensure products meet quality and food-safety standards.
• Follow manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency.
• Help meet customer expectations through safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Reliable attendance record
• Ability to follow food safety and manufacturing procedures
• Ability to understand English and perform basic math
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
