Residential Treatment Assistant Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Program Director for our residential Eating Disorder Treatment Programs in Monroe, NC. This vital role involves supporting the overall management and operation of residential facilities dedicated to providing high-quality. The Assistant Program Director will work closely with the Program Director to ensure that residents receive personalized, respectful, and effective care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of residential programs, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to care standards.

• Manage staffing schedules, monitor staff performance, and facilitate ongoing staff education.
