Assignment Length/Schedule:
- Start ASAP, for 1 month+, could be a foot-in-the-door opportunity
- Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day between the hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Company/Position Overview: Our client, an eCommerce company located in Wheat Ridge, needs a temporary Order Processor to help support the growth of their company. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Order Processor will be responsible for order processing, billing, creation of purchase orders, monitoring the order process, and communicating with vendors. This position will interact with customer service and sales teams to support their questions on incoming orders or changes to orders. The ideal candidate for this position will be smart, energetic, and professional, with high attention to detail. Previous experience with Magento, NetSuite, or online order entry is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional computer experience
- Detail-oriented / Critical thinker
- Flexible attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Comfortable multitasking using both telephone and email and Teams or Skype to communicate with Sales and Support teams.
- Self-directed, proactive problem-solving ability with good judgment
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Strong ability to adapt to and learn new technologies
- Intermediate level of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to perform basic data entry functions (including intermediate typing speed)
- eCommerce background or experience
