Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our per diem team at Rehabilitation at Scottsdale Village Square in Scottsdale, Arizona. Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and comfortable environment
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercise programs, as needed
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with medication management and administration, as directed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, progress notes, and communication with the healthcare team
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arizona
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
