As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle‑buying journey—from discovery and test drives to presentation and closing—while delivering a professional, transparent, and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong motivation to succeed in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a high‑energy, customer‑focused approach
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
- Self‑motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening
