Essential Functions
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection
- Interpret and accurately fill optical prescriptions
- Take precise measurements
- Explain lens options, coatings, and pricing clearly and confidently
- Process orders, verify accuracy, and troubleshoot lab or warranty issues
- Adjust, repair, and maintain eyewear
- Keep optical displays organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Prior optician experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Sales confidence paired with an ethical, patient-first approach
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
