JOB SUMMARY
The Nurse Technician performs uncomplicated nursing services for patients under the supervision of an RN/LPN. Assists the RN/LPN in performing more complex nursing care procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Current enrollment in a nursing program or completion of a nursing assistant certification program preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Alternative to Minimum Qualifications: Alternate experience may be considered.
