Prep Cook – Scratch Kitchen

We're looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen. If you take pride in quality, work efficiently under pressure, and have strong knife skills, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and chef specifications
• Maintain consistency and quality in all prep work
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills and safe food handling practices
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
• Assist the line as needed during service
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Previous prep cook or line cook experience required
• Strong knife skills and experience working with fresh ingredients
• Experience in a scratch kitchen preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
