Encore Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Parts Driver / Warehouse Handler to join our team in Brock, Texas. This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, issuing, and delivering parts while maintaining accurate inventory and providing outstanding customer service to internal teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist employees in identifying and locating the correct parts by asking the right questions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and parts issuance transactions.
  • Receive and unload deliveries, inspect materials for damage or defects, and prepare items for warehouse storage.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and company delivery vehicles.
  • Deliver and pick up parts from company facilities and job sites, including pulling a parts trailer when required.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations, AMS, Shop personnel, and Management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures.
  • Manage time effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of warehouse, inventory, or parts experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of natural gas compression parts or oilfield equipment.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or oilfield environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Occasionally work at elevated heights.
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions while wearing required PPE.
Work Environment

This position works primarily in a warehouse environment with regular travel to company facilities and customer job sites for parts deliveries. Employees regularly work around industrial equipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace.
