What You’ll Do- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, cookware, and utensils according to the chef’s specifications and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, equipment, and work surfaces throughout each shift.
- Clean bathrooms and common areas of the facility as assigned.
- Empty and manage trash and recyclables in a timely manner.
- Keep the workspace organized and well-stocked to support the kitchen team.
- Work safely, efficiently, and cleanly at all times, following all workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with other kitchen support duties as directed by the chef or kitchen manager.
- Dependable and punctual — reliability is the most important quality for this role.
- Positive attitude and drama-free approach; a genuine team player who supports everyone around them.
- Sense of urgency — able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to take and follow directions from kitchen staff and supervisors.
- Good organizational, listening, and time management skills.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends especially during busy season.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience in a full-service restaurant or catering environment preferred — but not required. We will train the right person.
- $15.00 per hour to start.
