Interim Senior Accounts Payable Consultant
Join a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization that is transforming its finance operations through automation and scalable processes. As the company continues implementing a modern accounts payable environment, it is seeking an experienced AP consultant to provide immediate leadership and keep critical payment operations running smoothly during a temporary leave of absence.
This is a hands-on consulting role for a seasoned Accounts Payable professional who can quickly step into a complex, multi-company environment. You'll oversee the day-to-day AP process, support an automated bill pay workflow, coordinate across multiple business units, and help ensure the successful continuation of the company's AP transformation.
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive Accounts Payable experience in a multi-entity environment.
- Experience with Ramp AP/Bill Pay preferred; similar AP automation platforms will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of AP controls, invoice workflows, vendor management, and payment processing.
- The ability to work independently, solve problems, and make an immediate impact with minimal training.
- Construction, contracting, or job-cost accounting experience is a plus.
