Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $29-$35/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and repair experience with industrial equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
- Complete maintenance inspections and documentation
- Assist with equipment installations and facility maintenance projects
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Minimum 2.5 years of machine maintenance experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- High-voltage electrical experience preferred
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Ability to work required overtime
$29-$35/hr DOE. Compensation will be based on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications, with higher wages considered for highly experienced candidates.
