Material Handler – 1st Shift

Location: Catawba, NC
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Paramount Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our client's growing team in Catawba, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to begin a career in manufacturing or warehouse operations, as well as experienced material handlers seeking a stable, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Transport materials to designated work areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Clean background required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance are required.
