Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions in an outpatient setting
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, and monitoring vital signs
• Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Act as a patient advocate, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring their needs are met
• Adhere to professional standards of nursing practice and code of ethics
