We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be cultivating a classroom experience to meet each toddler's collective and individual needs.
With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you must love connecting with children and creating an engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create lessons plans and follow a child led curriculum
- Assist toddlers with developing social and emotional skills
- Communicate with parents and other school personnel
- Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications:
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, or a CDA
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Problem solving and mediation skills
