Warehouse Associate

A rapidly growing industrial coatings company in Cranbury, NJ requires a Production Associate. Pay is $19 to $21/hour depending on the experience with a 5-day work week (8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break)

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and packaging products for international and domestic shipping.

Blending of chemicals, mixing and pouring from drums and Totes

Complete Word orders in a timely fashion
Coordinating pickups with shipping companies.
Transporting manufacturing materials and finished goods around the shop floor using a forklift.
Inspect incoming items and make decisions to receive or reject it.
Making and cutting flooring samples (training will be provided for this task)
Interacting with the customer about the shipping status
Keeping the warehouse organized and tidy

Requirements include:

Experience operating a forklift.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to and work within a team environment.
Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs.
High school degree or equivalent.
Must have some computer literacy
Clean driving record

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
