Standup Reach and Sit-Down Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts, specifically Raymond and Toyota equipment. This role is responsible for safely moving, storing, loading, and unloading materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Raymond stand-up reach trucks to retrieve and store products in high-rack warehouse locations.
• Operate Toyota sit-down forklifts to load and unload trailers and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and replenish inventory according to work orders and shipping schedules.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS), if applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating stand-up reach trucks (Raymond) and sit-down forklifts (Toyota).
• Valid forklift certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic math and inventory skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or distribution center operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Work Environment

• Warehouse/distribution center setting.
• May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs

Pay- $18 an hour (Weekly Pay)

Shift- 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
