Job Description
Position: RN House Supervisor, Nights 11p-7a
Pay: $30.48 - $40.38 per hour + $2 Shift Differential

Position Purpose: To provide Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Practice by interventions which are directed toward:
- Health Promotion and Health Maintenance
- Assessment and evaluation of dysfunction in order toprovide assistance in regaining coping abilities and prevent further disability
- Provide a therapeutic milieu
- Administer and monitoring pharmacologic treatment
- Health teaching, crisis intervention, counseling and discharge planning.

Requirements:
Staff Nurse RN
Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
A current RN license in Indiana
2 - 4 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience is preferred
Experience in behavioral health is strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time / 32hrs per week - (11pm - 7am)
