Position Overview:
We’re looking for driven individuals interested in roofing sales—no prior roofing experience required. All you need is strong work ethic, common sense, and a desire to succeed. We’ll train you to become a high-performing roofing sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
%CF; Communicate with homeowners and potential clients
%CF; Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals
%CF; Clearly explain roofing services and value-added offerings
%CF; Negotiate contracts
%CF; Travel to meet clients
%CF; Perform door-to-door lead generation
%CF; Climb and inspect residential roofs
%CF; Work on a 100% commission pay structure
Job Requirements
%CF; Valid driver’s license
%CF; Must have a vehicle (truck or similar) that can haul ladders and other equipment required to perform job duties
%CF; Ability to lift 70 pounds
%CF; Ability to lift, carry, and set up ladders up to 32’ in length
%CF; Ability to climb roofs up to a 10/12 slope (with proper safety harnesses/equipment) and up to 3-story residential height
%CF; Ability to access attics and other confined spaces
%CF; Ability to work safely and with agility at construction job sites
%CF; Must be able to pass a background check
