Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and individual psychotherapy to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with facility medical staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care managers.
• Formulate care plans to assist residents coping with adjustment disorders, dementia-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), LPC, LMFT in the State of New Jersey.
• Experience in geriatric psychology, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and rapport-building skills.
