Lymphedema Pump Installer (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

Location: Northern, Central and South New Jersey
Employment Type: Full-Time

MCB DME is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Lymphedema Pump Installer to join our growing team. This is a rewarding field-based position where you’ll work directly with patients in their homes, delivering and educating them on life-changing lymphedema compression therapy equipment.

Responsibilities

· Travel to patients’ homes, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare offices throughout New Jersey.
· Deliver, set up, and install lymphedema compression pumps and related equipment.
· Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use, care, and maintenance of their equipment.
· Ensure patients are comfortable and confident operating their pump before leaving the visit.
· Complete all required documentation accurately and obtain necessary patient signatures.
· Coordinate with the scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
· Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service during every patient interaction.
· Follow all HIPAA, company, and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

· Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
· Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required).
· Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned service area.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications.
· Ability to work independently while managing a daily schedule.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
· Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
· Ability to safely transport and install medical equipment in patients’ homes.
· Frequent driving between patient appointments.
