Line Cook

The Club at Las Campanas is seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our Culinary Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in preparing exceptional food, and enjoy working with a talented team, we'd love to hear from you.

This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our members and guests through restaurant service, special events, and banquets.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Execute food preparation and service with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
• Assist with inventory management, food storage, and product rotation
• Set up and break down kitchen stations before and after service
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Support banquet, restaurant, and special event culinary needs
• Assist with ordering and kitchen operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional culinary experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
• Experience cooking meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and scratch-prepared menu items
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy service periods
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and sanitation practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work all stations, including sauté, grill, fryer, pantry, and broiler
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain as required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work safely around hot equipment, sharp tools, and commercial kitchen machinery
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Saturday – Tuesday
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays.
