Transportation Driver

We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Transportation Drivers for client transportation. Position: Transportation Driver
Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time Shifts Available
Pay: Based on experience
Location: Toledo, OH and surrounding areas

Responsibilities include:

• Safely transporting clients to and from scheduled services, programs, and appointments
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and completing trip logs
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
• Assisting passengers as needed and ensuring safety compliance during transport
• Reporting any incidents, delays, or vehicle concerns immediately
• Following assigned routes and schedules
• Completing required documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Must be at least 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and assist clients with mobility needs
• Experience working with youth or individuals with behavioral health needs is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
