We're expanding our team in Bridgewater, MA and are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who enjoy helping clients live safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Compensation

• $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

• Provide companionship and encourage social engagement.

• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.

• Observe and report changes in clients' health or behavior.

• Help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a home care setting.

• Reliable transportation is preferred.

• Previous caregiving or home care experience is an asset but not required.
