Housekeeper

Good Shepherd is actively hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in infection prevention and resident satisfaction by ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. As a Housekeeper, you may also rotate into Laundry Aide responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-Time Days (6AM - 2:30PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Follow infection prevention and sanitation protocols

• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Dispose of waste according to facility procedures

• Assist with laundry duties as needed

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and dependable work ethic
