8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts, D/E/N rotation
2 years of experience in level 1 trauma OR is preferred
Responsibilities
Provide intraoperative cardiac RNFA support and assist in OR procedures.
Lead sterile technique and instrument handling for cardiac cases.
Maintain stringent infection control standards and safety compliance.
Coordinate pre-op planning and intraoperative case flow with surgical team.
Document procedures, outcomes, and perioperative data accurately in real time.
Collaborate with OR team to optimize throughput and reduce turnover times.
Assist in device selection and implant-related tasks under surgeon guidance.
Demonstrate continuous professional development and pursue growth opportunities.
Provide perioperative patient and family education within scope of practice.
Support performance metrics tracking and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in pipeline-based territory planning and activity reporting.
Experience/Qualifications
RN with current cardiac OR RNFA credential or eligibility
Demonstrated intraoperative cardiac RNFA support and instrument handling
Lead sterile technique and maintain strict infection control standards
Pre-op planning coordination and intraoperative case flow management
Accurate real-time documentation of perioperative data and outcomes
Collaborate with OR team to optimize throughput and reduce turnover
Support performance metrics tracking and contribute to quality initiatives
