DaVinci Experience required!

  • Specific specialties in req description

  • CNOR certification

  • 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts, D/E/N rotation

  • 2 years of experience in level 1 trauma OR is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide intraoperative cardiac RNFA support and assist in OR procedures.

  • Lead sterile technique and instrument handling for cardiac cases.

  • Maintain stringent infection control standards and safety compliance.

  • Coordinate pre-op planning and intraoperative case flow with surgical team.

  • Document procedures, outcomes, and perioperative data accurately in real time.

  • Collaborate with OR team to optimize throughput and reduce turnover times.

  • Assist in device selection and implant-related tasks under surgeon guidance.

  • Demonstrate continuous professional development and pursue growth opportunities.

  • Provide perioperative patient and family education within scope of practice.

  • Support performance metrics tracking and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in pipeline-based territory planning and activity reporting.


Experience/Qualifications

  • RN with current cardiac OR RNFA credential or eligibility

  • Demonstrated intraoperative cardiac RNFA support and instrument handling

  • Lead sterile technique and maintain strict infection control standards

  • Pre-op planning coordination and intraoperative case flow management

  • Accurate real-time documentation of perioperative data and outcomes

  • Collaborate with OR team to optimize throughput and reduce turnover

  • Support performance metrics tracking and contribute to quality initiatives

  • Assist in device selection and implant-related tasks under surgeon guidance

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth opportunities

  • Provide perioperative patient and family education within scope

  • Ability to work in a growth-oriented, metrics-driven environment with personal accountability

  • Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary surgical teams

  • Participation in pipeline-based territory planning and activity reporting

  • Contract role suitability: on-site presence with reliable availability for OR scheduling
