Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes, enhancing their overall well-being and independence
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications and manage medical equipment as needed
Prepare meals and snacks, with special dietary needs considered
Engage in activities that promote socialization, conversation, and mental stimulation
Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if travel is required)
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
