BrightStar Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Part Time RN Case Manager to provide in-home infusion and injection services to patients in and around the Burnsville area. This flexible position requires availability 2 days a week between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with travel within a 30-mile radius. Ideally, we're seeking someone who would case manage 4-5 clients. - Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.
