Fleamasters Flea Market is looking for reliable, observant, and professional Security Team Members to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, sellers, and employees.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and is comfortable working independently. You will serve as a visible presence throughout the property, assist visitors, monitor activity, and respond professionally when concerns arise.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
• Greet guests and assist with directions or general questions.
• Patrol buildings, parking areas, entrances, and outdoor spaces by foot and golf cart.
• Monitor and document vehicles and individuals entering the property.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and safety concerns.
• Help de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Report suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Perform routine checks of gates, doors, and perimeter areas.
• Follow all company safety and security procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and customer-focused when interacting with guests and sellers.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
• Previous security, customer service, military, or public-safety experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to patrol a large property by foot or golf cart.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, and respond quickly when needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
