Aviata at Coral Bay is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team! As a key member of our evening shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor
Coordinate work within the department and with other departments, responding to inquiries and requests for information
Interact with staff, residents, and families in a courteous, tactful, and friendly manner
Prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings
Prepare preliminary work on various projects
Organize, monitor, and maintain general administrative records and filing systems
Provide customer service to residents and families as needed
Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval
Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences
Contribute to innovative, responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and concepts
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Prefer two (2) year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum
You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
