Position Summary

We are seeking a refined, organized, and personable Medical Receptionist/Assistant to support both front-office operations and back office clinical tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, concierge-style medical environment.


Key Responsibilities

Medical Assistant Support

  • Patient intake and vital signs
  • Phlebotomy (blood draws)
  • Peform pulmonary function testing, allergy testing, and set up home sleep studies

Front Office Excellence

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, polished presence
  • Manage check-in and check-out efficiently
  • Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information
  • Assist patients with forms, instructions, and follow-up scheduling

Scheduling & Communication

  • Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Schedule consultations, follow-up visits, procedures, and telehealth appointments
  • Manage confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Communicate expectations around wait times and office workflow

Administrative & EMR Support

  • Work within Epic EMR to update charts, document encounters, and route messages
  • Coordinate referrals, authorizations, imaging and lab orders, and medical record requests
  • Assist with scanning, uploading, and maintaining organized electronic charts
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow




Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of medical front desk or customer-service experience
  • Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a calm demeanor
  • Highly organized, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Professional appearance and interpersonal skills suitable for a Beverly Hills practice
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred


Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • $23–$27 per hour, based on experience
  • 401(k) plan and medical benefits
